Due to an increase in fraudulent orders, with some exceptions, we are no longer filling orders that are billed to one address and shipped to another. This does not apply to overseas Military Personnel or longtime customers. For USA PayPal orders, we do not fill the order if the following is noted: Shipping Address: Unconfirmed For foreign customers using PayPal, we need you to be a "Verified Buyer" A suggestion for our foreign customers: before you order, check with your Customs Department to determine the amount you will have to pay for fees, taxes, etc. to get your knife. All USA orders are sent SIGNATURE REQUIRED UNLESS YOU REQUEST "NO SIGNATURE FOR PACKAGE DELIVERY". (SIGNATURE REQUIRED does not apply to overseas Military addresses.) Your package will be sent with a "Signature Confirmation". If you ask that your package be left without a signature then you agree to release Xtreme Knives from any and all liability if your package is lost or stolen. A replacement knife will not be sent to you. (However, we are now requesting a signature for delivery to all apartments, suites, units, etc. since too many packages have been "lost" for these deliveries.) We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you. It is the responsibility of the buyer, not Xtreme Knives, to determine and follow all local, state, federal and international laws and ordinances regarding the purchase, possession, and use of any item purchased from us.
